A Daya Case Study

Preview of the Wagamama Case Study

Wagamama refreshes two Qatar locations with Daya’s modular fit-out across 445 sqm and 377 sqm

The customer, Wagamama, a restaurant franchise in Qatar, faced the challenge of refreshing its spatial identity to compete in the fast-casual market and support ambitious growth plans. They engaged the vendor, Daya, to develop an efficient fit-out strategy that would generate loyalty and bring operational efficiency to the physical build of new locations.

Daya implemented a modular, plug-and-play system fabricated in their Vietnam factory to maximize fit-out efficiency and minimize labor costs in Qatar. The solution included a standout "live kitchen" visible from the exterior and modular seating that localized the brand's essence. This approach by Daya delivered significant cost savings through value engineering and a global supply chain, successfully refreshing the brand experience for two new locations.
