This solution, supported by a dedicated on-site team, consolidated suppliers and shifted recruiting tasks from managers. The results included $1.4 million in first-year savings, a 10%+ increase in talent acquisition speed, and a 10%+ improvement in workforce quality. The program was successfully expanded globally and integrated with SAP's own Fieldglass system.
