Covestro LLC worked with Day & Zimmermann on a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) expansion and debottlenecking project at its New Martinsville, West Virginia plant. The customer needed engineering support to move the plant expansion forward efficiently and prepare for a successful startup.

Day & Zimmermann provided FEL3 and detailed design services for the project, completing the FEL3 phase one month ahead of schedule. Day & Zimmermann also helped deliver significant cost savings during the engineering phase, contributing to Covestro’s successful plant startup and ribbon-cutting celebration.
