How Kester Search Group almost tripled the number of placements coming from their database

Kester Search Group, an executive recruiting firm specializing in healthcare and commercial operations placements, wanted to preserve its white-glove, hands-on approach while improving database quality, candidate searchability, and job board ROI. The team needed a better way to clean incoming data, enrich existing records in Bullhorn, and make unsearchable database content usable for sourcing and placements. DaXtra Technologies was brought in with DaXtra Capture to help automate the right parts of the workflow without sacrificing human control.

DaXtra Technologies implemented DaXtra Capture to automatically load job board resume views into Bullhorn, parse and update candidate profiles, and customize key fields such as skills and source for Kester’s niche market. The result was a major boost in database quality and productivity: Kester more than doubled the number of candidates entering its database, increased placements from the database from about 10–15% to 30–40%, almost tripled placements coming from the database, and cut time to client submittal in half. They also improved job board capture rates from 44% to 95–100%, significantly increasing ROI without increasing marketing spend.
