DaXtra Technologies implemented DaXtra Search with Bullhorn integration, giving INT Technologies access to stronger aggregation, broader job board coverage, and both semantic and Boolean search. In side-by-side testing, DaXtra returned about 100 candidates compared with roughly 20 from the previous system, delivering about 5:1 more results and improved job board performance; recruiters used the tools more, and INT reported that the extra cost was justified by the stronger results and service.
