Daxko’s solution lets guardians make camp changes online with simple setup (dates, fees, a few fields) and built‑in controls to close moves or apply charges. The Y now handles 2,000+ online moves each summer—at roughly 10 minutes per former support call, this translates to more than 300 staff hours saved—freeing front‑desk staff for higher‑value member engagement while parents find the process intuitive.
