The YMCA of South Hampton Roads Grows with Daxko

The YMCA of South Hampton Roads, a multi‑location member‑based nonprofit with 23+ sites, needed to grow memberships, program participation and donations while improving operational efficiency and centralized data access. For nearly 15 years they partnered with Daxko, using Daxko Operations and related services to streamline membership, program registration and payments.

Daxko implemented a centralized database, online member experience, reporting and analytics (including Daxko Payment Services) that let staff view shared member accounts, centralize pledges and simplify financial assistance through the Open Doors program. Using Daxko, the YMCA of South Hampton Roads achieved measurable gains from April 2007 to April 2017: active members +16%, member visits +13%, program registrations +47% and monthly donations +891%, driving sustained growth and greater operational efficiency.
