The Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Albuquerque needed to modernize outdated, fragmented operations that were making member registration, staff access to information, and community engagement difficult. To better serve its members and improve efficiency, the JCC turned to Daxko for a more streamlined, connected system.
Daxko implemented online registration, member management, and reporting tools that replaced paper-heavy workflows and gave staff faster access to cross-department information. The results included a 363% increase in donations since 2017, 9% more program registrants since 2017, and a 30% increase since 2020, while camp registration sold out in just 12 minutes.
