Tucson JCC has trusted Daxko’s integrated suite of systems since 2015 to help serve its diverse community, but COVID-19 created a major challenge when the center had to shut down in early 2020. As a nonprofit offering everything from fitness to early childhood care, Tucson JCC needed a way to keep members engaged and continue operations during an unprecedented disruption.
Daxko supported Tucson JCC by helping it launch a virtual class environment and later adopt contactless registration for reopening. With Daxko’s infrastructure and guidance, Tucson JCC was able to pivot quickly and continue serving its community, with the vendor acting as a true partner throughout the pandemic.
