The ONET Group, a French provider of cleaning and facility services, faced the challenge of digitizing the manual, paper-based tracking of its train cleaning services for SNCF. Seeking to increase transparency and operational visibility, ONET needed a customizable digital solution to meet its and its customer's specific traceability requirements and support its CSR strategy, leading them to partner with vendor Daxium.

Using the Daxium-Air no-code platform, Daxium helped ONET build a fully customized mobile application called ONET Traçabilité. The solution enables real-time service validation and anomaly reporting by agents, even offline, and provides a shared platform for ONET and SNCF managers. This has optimized task planning, improved responsiveness to issues, and guaranteed the proper execution of services, with both teams praising the solution's simplicity and flexibility.
