A Davisware Case Study
JonLe Heating & Cooling, a Cincinnati-based HVAC company with more than 50 years of experience and over 50,000 Carrier systems installed, needed scalable, all‑in‑one field service software to support planned growth and eliminate duplicate manual data entry. In 1990 the company selected Davisware and later adopted its GlobalEdge platform to centralize dispatch, job management, payroll, inventory and other functions.
Davisware delivered a modular GlobalEdge solution (later migrated to a SQL environment) with remote field service, technician tablets and electronic signature capture, allowing JonLe to eliminate paper processes and cut manual data entry by an estimated 50–75%. The result: office efficiency roughly doubled (about 50% less office labor than similarly sized firms), operations roughly tripled, and revenue grew from about $0.5M to $7M—measurable gains JonLe attributes to Davisware’s scalable platform.
