Southeastern Electric Cooperative inventories 70,000 utility poles in 12 months with Davey

Southeastern Electric Cooperative, a utility serving around 11,000 members near Durant, Oklahoma, needed up-to-date inventory data to improve service reliability and efficiency. They partnered with Davey Resource Group (DRG) for a comprehensive asset inventory.

Using Futura software, DRG crews collected data on foot for 70,000 poles, 11,000 meters, and other system assets. Davey layered this data with GIS to build a full electrical connectivity model. The 12-month project enabled Southeastern Electric to manage outages, perform engineering analysis, and create work orders with ease.
