Pulte Homes hired Davey Resource Group Engineering to perform site planning, civil engineering, and surveying services for the development of a new 63-lot residential subdivision in Copley, OH. The challenge was to prepare all the residential lots for development, which required extensive infrastructure installation and compliance with stormwater regulations.

Davey Resource Group designed and engineered the installation of new roadways, water lines, storm sewers, and a gravity sanitary collection system with a pump station. The solution included designing several stormwater best management practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
