A national energy distributor faced safety and compliance challenges when streambank erosion near its natural gas pipeline in Indiana threatened the required soil cover. They engaged their existing vendor, Davey Resource Group (DRG), for environmental consulting and restoration services to address the issue.

Davey Resource Group (DRG) secured all necessary permits, designed a restoration plan, and supervised construction at five sites in 2019. The result was a significant decrease in erosion, protection of the pipeline infrastructure, and successful re-vegetation of the banks. DRG continues to monitor the sites for ongoing stability and compliance.
