Their challenge was to create and manage a meticulous application and inspection process to govern how communications companies attach lines to their utility poles, ensuring all attachments complied with utility standards and safety rules.

Davey implemented a comprehensive solution, assisting BTU in developing the workflow and then managing the application review process. DRG's team validates submitted documents, makes recommendations, and performs post-construction inspections. As a result, Davey helped BTU ensure all applications were processed uniformly.
