Before working with Daupler, staff relied on signs, social media, news outlets, and door hangers, while the operations manager handled all after-hours calls and manually dispatched issues.
St. Lucie County implemented Daupler RMS with call answering and Daupler Notify to streamline after-hours response and mass communications. Daupler helped dispatch crews, triage incidents, and send proactive customer updates from a response management dashboard; in one major outage affecting more than 800 customers, the county was able to notify customers quickly and then provide hourly updates, achieving about a 90% opt-in rate and eliminating the need for half-day door hanger campaigns.
