The Port of Antwerp, Europe's second-largest port, faced the challenge of compressing a huge volume of operational data into a concise and clear document for its Board of Directors. The goal was to align all members and reduce preparation time for their essential monthly meetings. To address this, they turned to vendor Datylon for a data visualization solution.

Datylon designed a fully custom, on-brand report template using the Datylon for Illustrator plug-in. This reusable template was then uploaded to the Datylon Report Server, enabling the Port's team to easily produce a comprehensive six-page monthly KPI report. The solution ensured all board members were fully informed with consistent, easy-to-interpret visualizations, successfully tracking the company's progress and monthly growth since its launch.
