Targeted Reports to Empower Municipalities

Unizo, the largest Flemish employers’ organization in Belgium, needed to produce 312 unique, data-driven reports for individual municipalities ahead of local elections. The challenge was to automate this large-scale production to efficiently provide each municipality with tailored insights without requiring extensive manual design work. They turned to the vendor Datylon to find a solution.

Datylon provided its Datylon for Illustrator and Datylon Report Server solutions to create a template and automate the report generation. This process eliminated the need for coding and enabled all 312 customized PDF reports to be produced and delivered in a single day. The solution saved Unizo countless hours of manual labor and allowed for quick updates when data inaccuracies were found, successfully empowering their conversations with municipalities to shape local business policy.
