The Show Must Go On! Cloud Space Inc. Saves the Art of Banksy

Cloud Space Inc., a Toronto-based MSP known for white‑glove, end‑to‑end IT services, was hired to deliver full infrastructure and managed services for The Art of Banksy’s 20‑day traveling exhibit. Tasked with transforming a 10,000 sq ft empty warehouse into a production-ready venue, they had to support ticketing, concessions, production crews and public WiFi while guarding against any network failures that could halt sales or operations.

Cloud Space deployed Datto Networking—5 access points, a switch and a Datto Networking Appliance (DNA) with 4G LTE failover—installed 31 CCTV cameras, and supported 30+ POS staff plus public WiFi for ~250 guests/hour. When the venue’s fiber went down, the DNA automatically ran on LTE for three days (using 12.4 GB at ~15/10 Mbps), keeping sales and production live so the exhibit stayed open and the client experienced uninterrupted service.
