Opti-vise IT, a Midwest managed service provider, helped ITW Evercoat — an Ohio-based autobody-repair manufacturer with global sales — replace an aging tape backup system that was slow, unreliable, and made bare-metal restores complex. With ERP and email systems critical to day‑to‑day operations and the region vulnerable to severe weather, downtime posed a serious business risk.
