CLARCOR is a $3.37 billion industrial filter manufacturer with more than 100 facilities across 20 countries and 6,000 employees. After several acquisitions it needed to consolidate multiple scattered data centers to two primary sites, while also protecting nearly a dozen remote locations that had isolated servers, no local IT staff, and limited bandwidth that made traditional enterprise backup impractical—so CLARCOR engaged Datto partner Mirazon to design a workable DR strategy.

Mirazon recommended enterprise backup software for the two main sites (co-managed with CLARCOR) and standardized Datto SIRIS appliances at the remote offices under a HaaS model with automated cloud replication, time-based retention, and DR testing. The solution delivered predictable, flat costs and fast recovery—instant VM failover on the local Datto device—reducing downtime and reliably protecting CLARCOR’s distributed manufacturing operations.
