OneSource Technology, a Kansas-based MSP, was called in when Primary Care Associates’ main server—housing critical patient records and digital x‑rays—failed and the vendor warranty had expired. Replacing the server would have meant substantial downtime and risked disrupting patient care.
OneSource spun up a virtual copy of the failed server via Datto SIRIS in under an hour, keeping the practice fully operational (and running faster) while a new physical server was procured and data migrated; the practice ran in the recovery environment for three months with only negligible downtime. The outcome was uninterrupted patient care, faster performance, and greater confidence in frequent, reliable backups and rapid recovery.
