The Show Must Go On Cloud Space Inc. Saves The Art of Banksy

Cloud Space Inc., a Toronto-based MSP known for white-glove, end-to-end IT services led by COO Steve Radonic, was hired to design, install, and manage the entire infrastructure for a temporary 10,000 sq. ft. Art of Banksy exhibit. The challenge was to provide reliable production systems, POS, guest and executive WiFi, and security in a short timeframe and ensure uninterrupted service throughout the exhibit’s run.

Cloud Space deployed Datto Networking hardware—five access points, a switch, and a Datto Networking Appliance (DNA) with 4G LTE failover—plus 31 CCTV cameras, supporting 30+ staff and public WiFi for about 250 guests per hour. When the fiber connection failed, the DNA automatically ran on LTE for three days, keeping ticketing and operations online until repairs were completed, demonstrating continuous uptime and successful proactive management.
