Shari’s, a regional restaurant chain with 100 locations, needed a new guest WiFi solution after their previous system stopped meeting requirements. Their Network Administrator chose Open Mesh for its ease of deployment, cost-effectiveness and local proximity, aiming to deliver a reliable, branded guest experience across all restaurants.

They deployed two Open Mesh OMP-AN access points per location and managed them with the CloudTrax cloud console, creating a password-protected “Shari’s Corporate” SSID and an open “Shari’s Guest WiFi” SSID with a branded splash page for simple T&C-based access. The rollout was quick and intuitive, gives centralized real-time monitoring and management across sites, and eliminates recurring fees thanks to a lifetime CloudTrax license—resulting in a seamless guest experience and easy ongoing administration.
