Datavalet worked with a large chain of car dealerships, a global brand with nearly 1,600 locations, to standardize Wi-Fi across its fleet. The company needed a fully managed Wi-Fi service for guests and employees, including mechanics in the shop, plus visibility into network status and open tickets through Datavalet’s helpdesk center.

Datavalet implemented a managed HP-Aruba-based Wi-Fi network with custom captive portal access, separate guest and employee SSIDs, content filtering, and full wireless infrastructure management. The solution included 24/7 monitoring, 4-tier helpdesk support, break-fix dispatch, and 4-hour restoration SLAs, along with Dataview analytics dashboards. As a result, Wi-Fi became mission-critical at the dealerships, employee productivity and customer satisfaction improved, and the IT team was offloaded while still retaining visibility and control.
