Multi-Campus College Modernizes Custom Application in Azure

International Multi-campus College, an Ontario‑based, multi‑campus institution, needed to modernize its Microsoft Azure–hosted student and agent portals to enable self‑service, improve efficiency, and add strategic features. Facing architectural validation needs, incomplete Azure PaaS development, and resource gaps on its internal team, the college engaged DatAvail and its Sprint Teams as a Service to provide additional development and Azure/.NET expertise.

DatAvail supplied a fractional sprint team that added new features, improved UX/CX, and enabled agents to self‑publish marketing content; the updated portals went live in July 2020. As a result of DatAvail’s work, the student application process became quicker and more self‑sufficient, agents gained autonomous marketing management, and international student applications now require less intervention by College employees.
