Leading Media Supply Chain Company, a provider of media supply chain and e-commerce services, had migrated its analytics to AWS but was not taking full advantage of cloud capabilities. DatAvail was engaged to address key pain points including lack of scalability, costly licenses and servers, technical limitations, report delays, and limited monitoring.
DatAvail implemented a completely serverless AWS solution using Amazon S3 staging, Amazon RDS data marts, AWS Data Pipeline, Amazon QuickSight, and Amazon CloudWatch. The new ETL and dataset-delivery workflow enabled self-service analytics and scheduled emailed reports, added full monitoring via CloudWatch, removed an IT bottleneck, and slashed costs across the analytics environment.
