Major Auto Manufacturer Migrates Application Portal to Azure Cloud

Major Auto Manufacturing Company, the Canadian division of a global automaker with a corporate office, manufacturing plant and 100+ dealerships, faced an aging on‑premises application portal built on SharePoint 2010 and Unified Access Gateway that was past Microsoft support, exposing the business to security and continuity risk and lacking in‑house SharePoint expertise. As a long‑time customer, Major Auto Manufacturing Company engaged DatAvail to modernize and migrate the portal to the Microsoft Azure cloud.

DatAvail developed a project roadmap, gathered requirements and rebuilt the portal in Azure using .NET Core 3.1 and Angular 8, implementing Azure services and an identity management solution (including Azure AD SSO) to manage user/group access.
