Leading Dental Chain, a network of more than 40 dental practices, was relying on Google Sheets for reporting, which lacked visual analytics, integrations with Paycom and RingCentral, and a centralized data repository. This led to heavy manual data cleansing, no historical views, and no real-time dashboards for planning and forecasting. The company engaged DatAvail to migrate its analytics to AWS and address these gaps.

DatAvail used AWS Database Migration Service to consolidate data from 40+ locations into a MySQL cloud database, built Python-based ELT pipelines and real-time dashboards, and loaded consolidated data into Amazon Redshift. As a result, the Leading Dental Chain gained a centralized ELT process, daily ad hoc reporting and real-time dashboards used across practices, improved analytical insights for planning and forecasting, and a substantial reduction in manual data preparation.
