Luxury Family Oriented Timeshare Company, which owns more than 14,000 villas at 27 resorts and reports roughly $21.1B in revenue, needed to strengthen back-office operations across finance, accounting and supply chain — including production support, tighter security, third‑party integrations, billing improvements and invoice automation. Datavail was engaged to deliver and support Oracle Cloud Financials to address these challenges.

Datavail used its Unified Implementation Methodology (a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach) to configure and support Oracle Cloud Financials, provide daily application support and change‑request governance, build a hardened security architecture, and integrate Blackline and Webcenter via OIC to automate invoice capture and reconciliations. The implementation automated manual invoicing, tied order management, inventory and finance together (including live inventory decrement and end‑to‑end billing), reduced manual intervention and attack surface, and delivered measurable time and cost savings for the customer.
