The Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) faced a crisis of scale and efficiency: outdated, siloed administration processes left staff saddled with manual work and slow response times across nearly 80,000 registered people, corporations and agencies. Seeking better access to information, electronic workflows, scalability, self-service and cost reductions, FSCO engaged Datavail to modernize its Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund and harmonize the three pillars of its business using a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.

Datavail delivered the largest Dynamics CRM project the team had undertaken, building a secure public and customer self-service portal, integrating a SharePoint document repository, and standardizing business processes to enable cross-training and faster workflows.
