Phoneclik, a leading Italian online smartphone retailer, wanted to improve product discovery, user experience, and navigation across its large catalog. Working with Datatrics and using Google Shopping plus a custom product feed, the company aimed to better highlight the most relevant products, optimize search, and create dynamic landing pages for campaigns.

Datatrics implemented embedded product recommendations across the homepage, search bar, product pages, and a virtual assistant to guide shoppers with relevant suggestions and answers to common questions. The results included a 64.7% conversion increase overall, a 42.4% lift in conversions from the homepage recommendations, a 51.9% conversion increase on product page recommendations, and a 5.55% average conversion rate for users engaging with the virtual assistant, along with a 3.78% increase in average order value.
