RCI Bank and Services (formerly Renault Crédit International) is a French international automotive finance and insurance provider handling more than 4 million service contracts a year. The company struggled with decentralized data silos and needed a unified customer master record to personalize marketing, integrate multiple external data sources, and support a secure, always-on operational database.
RCI deployed DataStax Enterprise, with Deloitte validating the architecture, to build a real‑time Customer 360 platform that easily ingests external data and supports sub‑second search. Within months it integrated over 7 million client clusters (about 6 million in France, 700k in the UK, and 700k in Germany), enabling 360° customer views, highly personalized recommendations, and plans to expand to six more countries and add graph analytics for deeper insights.
