Hello bank! Belgium, part of BNP Paribas Fortis, is a digital-first banking platform looking to increase customer engagement and activate existing customers across channels such as landing pages, paid ads, and email. To support this challenge, DATASINE used the bank’s first-party transactional and CRM data to better understand customer preferences and identify distinct audience segments.
DATASINE then used its Connect platform to build personalized marketing journeys for two audiences across personalized emails, landing pages, and retargeted social ads, comparing them with a control campaign. The result was a highly effective user activation effort, delivering an 80% increase in customer engagement and a 17% lift in CTR across a base of 500k customers.
