Using DataSift’s platform, professional services, and Tableau partnership, Cognizant launched Social Prism for Retirement and a Natural Disaster Dashboard to analyze sentiment, influencers, and social impact across key insurance topics. DataSift also helped refine Cognizant’s influence-scoring models and extend them to new areas like Long Term Care, enabling faster solution development and richer client insights from social data.
