Liebert Corporation, a premier manufacturer of power and environmental control systems, was hampered by a heavily paper-based Accounts Payable process—misplaced paperwork, untracked price variances, slow short-pay resolution and inefficient check processing. To fix this, Liebert outsourced its mailroom, scanning, hosting and management of AP documents to DataServ.

DataServ set up centralized P.O. boxes, prepped and scanned incoming invoices, auto-routed documents into work queues, and used ERM technology to produce a pricing report buyers could access; DataServ also provides hosting and ongoing management of the imaged files.
