DataServ implemented a tailored AP automation framework that integrated with Infor LX ERP, using the Initial Routing Matrix and Invoice Price Variance workflows to route invoices accurately and handle price exceptions without disrupting payments. The result was a highly automated, touchless AP process with minimal manual intervention, strong user adoption, and consistent performance against a 48-hour SLA.
