Fox Entertainment Group, Inc. engaged DataServ to reduce costs, lower days sales outstanding (DSO), and tighten controls across its Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. To do this, Fox selected DataServ’s Quote to Cash/document management services—including the Digital Mailroom—to centralize document storage, automate credit, collections and deduction workflows, and expand timely access to proof-of-delivery (POD) and other critical AR documents.

DataServ delivered a SaaS-based Quote to Cash solution that electronically ingests paper, email and electronic data, applies a 5-tier quality check, automates workflow and daily POD retrieval from carriers, and provided change-management, training and support. The impact for Fox: 100% electronic document receipt with more than 4 million documents processed, over 7,000 unique user logins in a year, faster dispute resolution, and redeployment of AR staff to higher-value tasks—improving visibility, control and AR efficiency.
