Arbill, a wholesale and distribution company, needed a better way to automate accounts payable after a previous purchase-to-pay solution failed to deliver expected results, including missed supplier discounts and continued manual invoice processing. Arbill turned to DataServ and its AP automation approach, including Invoice Processing Machine and AutoVouch™, to create a solution that would fit their process without disrupting day-to-day operations.

DataServ implemented a tailored AP workflow with strong change management, flexible configuration, advanced matching, and enhanced visibility. The result was 99.9% invoice data capture accuracy, 55% touchless invoice processing with AutoVouch™, and about 75% of invoice volume now PO-based, while also relieving Arbill’s team of all document intake tasks and minimizing IT support needs.
