DataRobot delivered no‑code, AI-driven predictive models integrated via Snowflake and Qlik so non‑data scientists can see and act on risks in real time — e.g., readmission risk flagged before discharge and no‑show risk flagged before appointments, with ED attendances forecast by hour. The implementation improved accuracy and adoption across the trust, enabled a hypertension risk POC across 330,000 people, and dramatically cut model development time (from ~500/143 hours with traditional quant teams to 9 hours using DataRobot), helping reduce readmissions, better allocate beds and staff, and ease system strain.
