Eagle Ridge Services, a Sioux City–based TPA that administers Section 125 plans, FSAs, HRAs, COBRA and other employer benefit programs, needed to preserve its hallmark personalized service while handling growing regulatory complexity (ACA) and time-consuming COBRA administration.
