O.C.A. Benefit Services, LLC, a 24-employee third‑party benefits administrator, needed to grow its business without adding claims‑processing headcount. DataPath’s CES (which has processed more than 2 million claims with accuracy consistently above 99%) enabled O.C.A. Benefit Services, LLC to scale confidently, winning a 10,000‑life case and an additional 3,000–4,000‑life engagement while keeping overhead steady.
