Eptam Precision, a precision-machined parts manufacturer serving aerospace, medical, semiconductor, and other markets, needed better visibility into factory performance as customer demand surged and hiring skilled machinists remained difficult. Datanomix was deployed first on 15 machines in Eptam’s medical components cell, then expanded to support additional operations, including semiconductor work and connected CMMs. The software automatically delivered shift reports, daily “Coffee Cup Reports,” and quote calibration data without manual input, helping Eptam improve planning, identify training and performance gaps, and tie machine performance to profitability. As a result, Eptam gained clearer visibility, better job predictability, improved collaboration, and stronger support for meeting demand with its existing equipment base.
