CleverConnect, an HR Tech company formed from the merger of Meteojob and Visiotalent, needed to improve the efficiency and consistency of its sales prospecting process. The company sought a way to better manage the activities of its sales teams across multiple European countries and integrate these efforts seamlessly with its Salesforce CRM.
The solution was implemented by Datananas and its sales automation software. Datananas automated the prospecting outreach and, most importantly, ensured that all emails sent were automatically synced to the Salesforce CRM. Each new contact was also created in Salesforce and categorized according to their level of interest. This integration provided CleverConnect with a unified view of prospecting activities, making their sales team more efficient and providing a consistent method for tracking potential clients.
