Large Department of Health needed to recertify its EHR under 2014 Meaningful Use criteria in a short timeframe while integrating its patient portal with Microsoft HealthVault. The department also needed Direct Secure Messaging and HISP services that could support sending information from the EHR to the portal.

DataMotion provided Direct Secure Messaging, the Direct Web Services API, and integration support for Microsoft HealthVault. Working with the department’s team, DataMotion helped resolve integration issues and enabled providers to generate and securely send CCDs to the patient portal, allowing the department to recertify under 2014 Meaningful Use criteria and build a Direct messaging workflow for any Direct address holder.
