Datamatics implemented an end‑to‑end RPA two‑bot architecture: the first bot validated timesheets and calculated leaves, and the second auto‑created invoices in the in‑house system and sent them to the client accounts team. The Datamatics solution reduced data‑entry time from 2 hours to 15 minutes, cut leave calculation and tracker generation from 30 minutes to 5 minutes, eliminated errors for 100% compliance, and ensured invoices were generated and delivered within SLAs.
