The Largest Private Sector Bank in India needed to expedite and de-risk the manual document scrutiny that preceded corporate salary uploads. Datamatics was engaged to address errors and long turnaround caused by manual eyeballing, printing/stamping, scanning and uploading of salary files, using its TruCap+ intelligent data capture and TruBot robotic automation capabilities.

Datamatics implemented an end-to-end solution that auto-downloads documents from MS SharePoint, uses TruCap+ OCR to extract and reconcile scanned salary sheets with the original Excel, auto-validates account numbers, uploads validated data to the core banking system for salary triggers, and consolidates failure reports for exception handling. The Datamatics automation doubled the speed of document scrutiny and salary uploads while improving accuracy and scalability.
