Leading Hypermarket Giant, a leading Indian retail hypermart, needed to drive analytics from spend management but struggled with no single source of truth, manual MIS processes, disparate systems, long turnaround times and negative cash-flow visibility. They engaged Datamatics to address these gaps using its TruBI business intelligence offering.

Datamatics implemented TruBI with a smart API framework to ingest SAP, Excel, cloud and legacy data, delivering ready-made reports, visual dashboards, end-to-end automation and a hybrid BI architecture for in-memory analytics. The solution centralized BI, reduced data integration and provisioning effort by about 10–15 man-days, saved a similar amount previously spent on manual data mashing, and enabled faster, more actionable analysis to plan programs that improve traffic, volumes and sales.
