The Indian-Based Adhesives Manufacturing Company engaged Datamatics to tackle fragmented data and manual reporting across its geographically dispersed operations. The customer struggled to collate and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems (including Orion ERP and SAP Business One), lacked visual reporting for leadership, and needed automation to keep the data warehouse synchronized—challenges Datamatics addressed using its TruBI analytics capabilities.

Datamatics implemented TruBI for visualization and advanced analytics, built a centralized SQL data warehouse with separate data marts, and used procedures/triggers to connect to Oracle and automate daily data synchronization. As a result, Datamatics delivered a single enterprise view across two monolithic systems, enabled drill-down/drill-through reporting, developed more than 170 dynamic TruBI reports, improved inventory restoration and maintenance, and increased enterprise productivity and customer trend insights that supported new product expansion.
