Leading Lifestyle Products Retailer, a major Indian retailer with hundreds of points of sale, faced fragmented operations across 350 stores in 32 cities and lacked comprehensive, automated reporting from legacy systems. The customer needed a Business Intelligence solution that could connect to existing Tally.ERP 9, Shopper, and Retrieve systems to consolidate old and new data. Datamatics was engaged to address these challenges using its TruBI BI and Advanced Analytics solution.
Datamatics deployed TruBI, built a data warehouse for R‑Pro and Shopper data, implemented periodic exports from Retrieve, and provided user training to drive adoption. As a result, Datamatics delivered a single view of critical business data, enabled tailored datasets, dashboards and reports for management and operational users, modernized reporting across the enterprise, and improved collaboration and decision speed across the organization.
